আজ আমরা গুগল Page Rank (PR) নিয়ে আলোচনা করব। যদিও এটা অনেক Backdated একটা বিষয় এবং আপনারা হয়ত কিছু না কিছু অবশ্যই এ সম্পর্কে জানেন। অনেকে মনে করে যে, PR মনে হয় সার্চ ইঞ্জিন ranking এ ব্যবহৃত হয়। আবার অনেকে মনে করে এটা মনে হয় কোন ওয়েবসাইট সম্পর্কে গুগলকে green signal দেয়। এই কথাগুলোর প্রতিটাই আংশিকভাবে সত্য।

 আজ আমরা গুগল Page Rank (PR) নিয়ে আলোচনা করব। যদিও এটা অনেক Backdated একটা বিষয় এবং আপনারা হয়ত কিছু না কিছু অবশ্যই এ সম্পর্কে জানেন। অনেকে মনে করে যে, PR মনে হয় সার্চ ইঞ্জিন ranking এ ব্যবহৃত হয়। আবার অনেকে মনে করে এটা মনে হয় কোন ওয়েবসাইট সম্পর্কে গুগলকে Green Signal দেয়। এই কথাগুলোর প্রতিটাই আংশিকভাবে সত্য।

দেখুন আমাদের home page এর pr 1 show করছে। কিন্তু ভিতরের পেজের pr 0 দেখাচ্ছে। যেহেতু আমাদের পেজটা একটা নতুন পেজ এবং আমরা তেমন কোন backlink তৈরি করিনি, তাই pr 1 normal. আর ভিতরের পেজের দিকে আপনি যত যাবেন তত দেখবেন pr কমে যাচ্ছে, কারন ভিতরের পেজে Link juice কম pass হয়। আপনার সাইটের কোন পেজে pr যদি নাও দেখায় তাহলেও আপনার চিন্তিত হওয়ার কোন কারণ নেই, কারণ আপনার পেজটা ঠিকই google ইনডেক্স করবে এবং আপনি এই পেজের জন্য high rank ও করতে পারেন। নিচের তথ্যগুলো আশা করি গুগল পেজ র‌্যাঙ্ক সম্পর্কে বুঝতে সাহায্য করবে:

• সঠিক PR সবসময় নাও দেখাতে পারে।
• কারণ এটা বছরে মাত্র কয়েকবার update করা হয়।
• নতুন সাইট যাদের অল্প কয়েকটা লিঙ্ক আছে তাদের page rank সাধারণত দেখায় না।
• আপনি সাইটে যত deep এ ঢুকবেন, তত PR এর পরিমাণ কমে যাবে।
• PR দ্বারা আপনি আপনার সাইটের quality সম্পর্কে ধারণা করতে পারেন কিন্তু তার মানে এই না যে PR কম তাই আমার সাইটটাও অনেক খারাপ বা আমার সাইটটা কখনই গুগলে Rank করতে পারবে না।
• গুগল যেহেতু এটাকে খুবই lately update করে, তাই আমরা আশা করতে পারি, অদূর ভবিষ্যতে এই টুলটা নাও থাকতে পারে।

গুগল PR নিয়ে অনেক চিন্তিত হওয়ার কিছু নেই। এটাকে আপনি আপনার সাইটের Goal হিসেবে নিবেন না। কারন আপনার প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য হবে, search engine এর search results এ Rank করা। আপনার সাইটটাকে একটা Link-Worthy site হিসেবে তৈরি করুন অর্থাৎ আপনার siteএর content গুলোকে rich করুন, নতুন নতুন প্রয়োজনীয় service যোগ করুন- ফলে বিভিন্ন মানুষজন আপনার সাইটের সাথে লিঙ্ক করতে বাধ্য হয়ে।

কিভাবে Backlink manage করবেন?

Backlink তৈরি করার অনেক পদ্ধতি আছে এবং আপনি যদি google এ "How to build backlinks" লিখে সার্চ করেন তাহলে আপনি প্রচুর পরিমানে Backlink তৈরি করার idea পাবেন। এটা দেখতে পারেন এর ভিতর কিছু সঠিক টেকনিক, কিছু ভুল এবং কিছু টেকনিক আসলে কখনই ভুলেও apply করা উচিৎ নয় কারণ পরবর্তীতে আপনার Ranking নিয়ে সমস্যায় পড়তে পারেন। আপনি কি জানেন আপনার ব্যাকলিঙ্ক কেন দরকার? ব্যাকলিঙ্ক এর মেইন উদ্দেশ্য ছিল targeted traffic নিয়ে আসা, মনে করেন একটা site আপনি বই কিনতে গেলেন, সেখানে যেয়ে আপনি একটা সাইটের লিঙ্ক দেখলেন যারা হয়ত শুধু বই না আরো অনেক home appliance বিক্রি করে এবং আপনার হয়ত ঐ সাইটটা ভিজিট করলেন এবং এমন কিছু জিনিস পেলেন যা হয়ত আপনার ঐ মুহূর্তে দরকার ছিল। সার্চ ইঞ্জিন আসার আগে ওয়েবমাস্টাররা সাধারণত এসব ভিজিটর পাওয়ার জন্যই লিঙ্ক এক্সচেঞ্জ করতো। কিন্তু গুগলই প্রথম সার্চ ইঞ্জিন যা Link Popularity এর ধারনাটা সম্পর্কে সবাইকে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেয়।

এর পর থেকেই webmaster রা ব্যাকলিঙ্ক এর জন্য প্রতিযোগীতা শুরু করে। সাধারনত ভাল এবং হেল্পফুল সাইটের সাথে ব্যাকলিঙ্ক করা উচিৎ, কিন্তু অনেকেই এই নিয়ম ফলো করেনা। সাধারণত দেখা যায়, তারা ভাল খারাপ যে কোন সাইটের সাথে ব্যাকলিঙ্ক exchange করতে আগ্রহী এবং এই খারাপ সাইটের সাথে লিঙ্ক করাটা ওয়েব সাইটের জন্য খুবই বাজে ডিসিশন। কখনো স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে কাউকে ব্যাকলিঙ্ক করার জন্য requests পাঠাবেন না।

ব্যাকলিঙ্ক পাওয়া যখন ধীরে ধীরে কষ্টকর হয়ে যাচ্ছিল তখন ওয়েবমাস্টাররা link কেনা শুরু করল। কিন্তু সার্চ ইঞ্জিন কখনই Paid links পছন্দ করে না কারণ:

• Paid link কে ভোট হিসেবে গণনা করা যায় না। কারণ এটা দ্বারা বোঝা যায় না যে, আপনার সাইট লিঙ্ক worthy তাই link করা হয়েছে? টাকার বিনিময়ে আপনি তো যে কারো কাছ থেকেই লিঙ্ক পেতে পারেন।
• তাই Search engine যদি বুঝতে পারে যে এটা কেনা লিঙ্ক তাহলে ঐ সাইটকে পেনাল্টি করবে।
• এই জন্য SE ঐ ধরনের কেনা লিঙ্ক গুলোকে sponsored লিঙ্ক হিসেবে মার্ক করে রাখতে বলে।
• আবার এই ধরনের কেনা বা bad quality লিঙ্ক এ আপনি "nofollow" attribute টি যোগ করতে পারেন।
• যে কোন ধরনের Tricks link building এর ক্ষেত্রে পরিহার করুন।
• যে সমস্ত ওয়েবসাইট যে কোন ধরনের লিঙ্ক submit করলে accept করে, সে সমস্ত ওয়েবসাইটকে পরিহার করুন।
• কোন প্রকার link farm থেকে সাহায্য নিবেন না। কারন তারা তাদের link popularity বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য প্রায় সব সধরনের সাইটকে approve করে।
• অনেকেই দেখা যায় যে, নিজেরাই অল্প কিছু সাইট বানায় এবং সেই সাইটগুলো cross-link করে । এটাও উচিৎ না। তবে হ্যা আপনার সাইটগুলোর মধ্যে যদি বিষয়বস্তুতে মিল থাকে তাহলে আপনি লিঙ্ক করতে পারেন।

ফাইভারে ১০০% সফল হওয়ার এক্সক্লুসিভ টিপস

ফাইভারে যারা প্রচুর কাজ পেয়েছে, তাদের কাজ পাওয়াটা মিরাকল ছিলোনা। এসএসসি পাশ রাকিবের ৩মাসে একটা মাত্র গিগে ২৪০০ডলার আয়, আতাউরের ২বছরের ২৬,০০০ডলার আয়, জানুয়ারি মাস থেকে কাজ শুরু করে এখন পযন্ত প্রায় ৫০০০ডলার আয়, সব কিছুর পিছনেই কারণ একটাই ছিলো। যেই কাজটি তারা করার কারনে বিশাল সফলতা পেয়েছে, সেগুলো সবার সাথে শেয়ার করছি। আপনিও সেই ভাবে শুরু করলে ১৫দিনের মধ্যে বিশাল ফলাফল পাবেন। আপনার আর তাদের মধ্যে পার্থক্যটুকু জেনে নিন, সেই অনুযায়ি কাজ করুন, সফল হবেন অবশ্যই।তাদের সফলতার কারনের আগে জেনে নিন, আপনি কেন সফল হচ্ছেননাঃ মাথাতে রাখতে হবে, ফাইভারে এখন প্রচুর ফ্রিল্যান্সার। এক লোগো ডিজাইনের জন্য প্রায় ১লাখ ৪০হাজার গিগ রয়েছে। আপনি গিগ প্রস্তুত করে বসে থাকলে সেই গিগে কাজ পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা ১লাখ ৪০হাজার জনের সম্ভাবনার পর আসবে। এর আগে কাজ পেয়ে গেলে সেটা হচ্ছে কপাল। আবার আপনি হয়তি বায়ার রিকোয়েস্ট পাঠাচ্ছেন, সেখানেও প্রচুর বায়ার অফার দিচ্ছে, কিন্তু বায়ার রিকোয়েস্ট হয়ত আছে ১৫-২০টা। সুতরাং সেখানেও কাজ পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনাটা অনেক অনেক ক্ষীন হয়ে যাচ্ছে দিন দিন।তাহলে কি করবেন, কিভাবে উপরের ব্যক্তিরা কাজ পাচ্ছেনঃ- তারা প্রত্যেকেই শুরুতে প্রতিদিন ৪-৫ঘন্টা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে (ভালো ফলাফল পেয়েছে টুইটার, গুগল প্লাস, লিংকডিন, পিন্টারেস্ট হতে) গিগকে প্রোমোট করেছেন। এখন প্রচুর ফিডব্যাক থাকার পরও প্রতিদিন ১ঘন্টা রুটিন করে মার্কেটিংটা তারা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে।- ফাইভারের অন্য গিগগুলোতে বায়ার ফিডব্যাকগুলো দেখলে বায়ারদের নাম দেখা যায়। সেই নাম দিয়ে বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াগুলোতে সার্চ করলে সেই বায়ারদের খুজে পাওয়া যায়। স্কাইপেও তাদের নাম দিয়ে সার্চ করলে খুজে পাওয়া যায়। সবারটা হয়ত পাওয়া যাবেনা। এবার এদেরকে যেই মিডিয়াতে পাওয়া যাবে, সেখানে যদি প্রফেশনালভাবে প্রস্তাব করেই প্রচুর কাজ বের করেছে অনেকজন।- এদের মধ্যেই অনেকেই ইম্প্রেশন বৃদ্ধির জন্য কিছু ফেক কাজ করেছে। কারণ গিগে যত বেশি মানুষ ঢুকবে, ততই ফাইভারের সার্চে গিগটা উপরের দিকে চলে আসে। ’তারা ফেক যা করে, তা হচ্ছে, অনেকেই ৪-৫টা ফেক মেয়েদের আইডি খুলে সেই আইডি দিয়ে প্রতিদিন ৫০-১০০টা গ্রুপে তাদের গিগকে শেয়ার করেছে। মেয়ের আইডি হওয়ার কারনে ক্লিক সংখ্যা অনেক বেশি হতো।- আর প্রতিদিন ১০টা করে বায়ার রিকোয়েস্ট সেন্ড কেউ মিস করতোনা। প্রতিদিন এ কাজ চলতো।এবার নিচের টিপসগুলো অনুসরণ করুন আগামী ১৫দিনের জন্যঃ- প্রতিদিন রাত ১০টার পর অনলাইনে বসে ফেসবুক, টুইটার, গুগল প্লাস, লিংকডিনে নিজের গিগকে মার্কেটিং করুন। প্রতিদিন মিনিমাম ৩-৪ঘন্টা এ মার্কেটিং চালিয়ে যাবেন।- গিগে লিংকের সাথে অন্য সুন্দর কোন মেসেজ লিখে তারপর প্রমোশন চালিয়ে যান। এমন মেসেজ লিখুন, যাতে বায়ার গিগটাতে ক্লিক করতে আগ্রহী হয়। কোন ফেক মেসেজ লিখবেননা, কোন দয়া ভিক্ষা চেয়ে মেসেজ লিখবেননা।- গিগের লিংকটাকে https://goo.gl/ এ লিংকে গিয়ে শর্ট করে নিন। এরপর সেই শর্ট ইউআরএল নিয়ে মার্কেটিং করুন। তারপর প্রতিদিন উপরের লিংকে গিয়ে দেখতে পাবেন, কতজন লিংকে ক্লিক করেছে। তারপর সেই ক্লিক সংখ্যাতে ক্লিক করে ঢুকুন। সেই লিংকে ঢুকলে দেখতে পাবেন, কোন সোশ্যালমিডিয়াতে মার্কেটিং করে আপনি বেশি বেনিফিটেড হচ্ছেন। এবং দেখতে পাবেন, কোন দেশের মানুষজন বেশি আপনার লিংকে ক্লিক করছে। যদি দেখেন বাংলাদেশ, ইন্ডিয়া, পাকিস্তান হতে বেশি পাবলিক ঢুকছে, সেই ক্ষেত্রে বুঝবেন, যেই সব গ্রুপে আপনি মার্কেটিং করছেন, সেগুলো পারফেক্ট গ্রুপ না। তখন অন্য গ্রুপে মার্কেটিং শুরু করবেন।- ফাইভারের অন্য গিগগুলোতে বায়ার ফিডব্যাক হতে বায়ারের নাম সংগ্রহ করুন। সেই নাম দিয়ে বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াগুলোতে সার্চ করলে সেই বায়ারদের খুজে পাওয়া যায়। স্কাইপেও তাদের নাম দিয়ে সার্চ করলে খুজে পাওয়া যায়। সবাইকে হয়ত খুজে পাওয়া যাবেনা। এবার প্রপোজাল পাঠানোর মত একটা ৫-১০লাইনের ফরম্যাট বানিয়ে নিন। এবার আপনার খুজে পাওয়া বায়ারদেরকে আপনার প্রপোজাল পাঠাতে শুরু করুন। একজন বায়ারকে ১সপ্তাহে দুইবার মেসেজ করবেননা। মেসেজে কোন দয়া ভিক্ষা চাবেননা।- প্রতিদিন ১০টা করে বায়ার রিকোয়েস্ট সেন্ড করতে থাকুন।লক্ষ্য রাখুনঃ- উপরের টিপস অনুযায়ি কাজগুলো যেদিন থেকে শুরু করবেন, সেদিন হতে পরের ১৫দিন একই রুটিন ধরে যাতে কাজ হয়, সেই প্রস্তুতি নিয়ে কাজ শুরু করুন। না হলে ভাল ফলাফল আসবেনা।- বাংলাদেশি, ইন্ডিয়া, পাকিস্তান, শ্রীলংকার কমিউনিটিগুলো অ্যাভোয়েড করার চেষ্টা করুন।- কোন বায়ারকে সরাসরি মেসেজ পাঠালে কিংবা কোন বায়ার যদি নক দেয়, সেই ক্ষেত্রে প্রফেশনাল আচরণ করুন। মনে রাখবেন, usa, Canada, Australia, uk বায়াররা প্রফেশনাল আচরণ দেখলে তাদেরকেই কাজ দিতে পছন্দ করেন। - বায়ার বিরক্ত হয়, এরকম কোন আচরণ করবেননা। আপনার নিজের ফাইভার অ্যাকাউন্টটির জন্য ক্ষতি হবে।- কোন বায়ার পেয়ে গেলে তার কাজটি যাতে প্রফেশনাল হয়, সেই চেষ্টা করবেননা। আপনার ডেলিভারী দেখে খুশি হলেই পরের কাজগুলো পাবেন। আর যদি অপছন্দ করে সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনার জন্য নেগেটিভ ফিডব্যাক রেডি আছে। আর একবার নেগেটিভ ফিডব্যাক পেলে পরে আর কোন কাজ পেতে অনেক কষ্টসাধ্য হয়ে যায়। যারা এলইডিপি চট্টগ্রাম ও সিলেট বিভাগের স্টুডেন্ট, তারা কাজ জমা দেওয়ার জন্য আপনার জেলার কোয়ার্ডিনেটরের সাথে কনটাক্ট করুন যাতে মানসম্মত কাজ বায়ারকে জমা দেওয়া যায়।আজ থেকেই সবাই প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ হয়ে কাজ শুরু করে দিন। ইনশাল্লাহ আগামী কোরবানী ঈদে নিজের অনলাইনের আয় দিয়ে পরিবারকে শপিং করে দিতে পারবেন। আরো ভাল কিছুও হতে পারে। হয়ত, আগামী কোরবানীর ঈদে নিজের টাকা দিয়ে কোরবানী করার সুযোগ হয়ে যেতে পারে। আমার টিপসের কারনে যারা সফল হলে ঈদে আমাকে গিফট দিতে ভুলে যাইয়েন না, বলে দিলাম।

ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিংয়ের স্কীল বৃদ্ধি, সাথে সাথে ইনকামের ৫টি উপায়

আপনি ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং কোর্স সম্পন্ন করেছেন।দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করলে বাংলাদেশেই মাসিক ৩০,০০০টাকা -৪০,০০০টাকা বেতনের প্রচুর চাকুরি রয়েছে। কিন্তু কোর্স সম্পন্ন করলেই আপনার চাকুরি হয়ে যাবেনা। রিয়েল প্রজেক্টে করার অভিজ্ঞতা এবং দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। এখন প্রশ্ন চাকুরি না দিলে অভিজ্ঞতা কিভাবে অর্জন হবে? চাকুরি পাওয়ার আগেই কিভাবেই অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করবেন, সেই বিষয়টি নিয়েই আমার এ পোস্ট:

১) ফাইভারের গিগ র‌্যাংকিং: ফাইভারে আপনার গিগ রয়েছে, সেই গিগকে ফোরাম পোস্টিং, ব্লগ কমেন্টিং, ব্লগে আর্টিকেল মার্কেটিং, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া মার্কেটিং করে গিগকে র‌্যাংকিং করেন। ভাল প্রাকটিস হবে। কাজটা বৃথা সময় নষ্ট হবেনা। প্রাকটিস যেমন হবে, গিগে প্রচুর অর্ডার পেয়ে যাবেন। প্রাকটিস, ইনকাম দুইটাই হয়ে গেলো।

২) ফেসবুক পেজকে পপুলার করা: যেকোন মানিং ম্যাকিং সাবজেক্ট নিয়ে পেজ রেডি করে ফেলেন। সেই পেজে নিয়মমাফিক অ্যাংগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধির চেষ্টা করেন। সেই পেজ থেকে ইনকাম জেনারেট হয় কিনা সেই চেষ্টা করেন। ইনকাম, প্রাকটিস দুটিই হবে। কিরকম পেজ হলে ইনকাম হবে, সেই আইডিয়া দিচ্ছি। নিজের ইকমার্স বিজনেসের পেজ, অন্যের ইকমার্সের মার্কেটিংযের জন্য পেজ, ডোমেইন-হোস্টিং বিজনেসের জন্য পেজ, ফাইভারের গিগ সেল করার জন্য ফেসবুক পেজ।

৩) নিজের ব্লগকে পপুলার করাঃ নিজের একটা ব্লগ খুলেন। সেই ব্লগকে র‌্যাংক করার জন্য যতরকম চেষ্টা আছে, মানে যা যা শিখেছেন, সেগুলোর প্রাকটিস করুন। দেখেন ব্লগটাকে র‌্যাংক করতে পারেন কিনা। চাইলে ব্লগটা হতে পারে, ফাইভারের গিগ সেল করার জন্য। সেইভাবে ব্লগটার পরিকল্পনা করেন। তাহলে ইনকামটা দ্রুত শুরু হবে। চাইলে অন্যের গিগকেও তখন আপনার ব্লগ হতে মার্কেটিং করে দিতে পারবেন। ইনকাম, প্রাকটিস ‍দুইটাই এবারও হলো।

৪) ডাইরেক্ট বায়ার ধরে ইনকাম প্রাকটিসঃ ডিরেক্ট বায়ার পাওয়ার কতগুলো পন্থা খুজে বের করতে পারেন, সেগুলো শিখে নেন। সম্ভাব্য বায়ারকে বায়ারে কনভার্ট করার জন্যই এসইও বা মার্কেটিং এক্সপার্টদের রাখা হয়। আপনি সেই কাজটি করতে পারছেন কিনা, প্রাকটিস করেন। বায়ার খোজার সোর্সগুলোও সম্পর্কেও শিখা হলো, বায়ারদের কনভেন্স করাটাও প্রাকটিস হলো। সেই সাথে এখানেও ইনকামটা নিশ্চিত করতে পারলেন।

৫) নিজের স্কীলটাকে প্রচার করা ঃ আচ্ছা উপরের কিছুই করতে পারছেননা। আচ্ছা, তাহলে শুধু এটাই করেন। আপনার স্কীল রিলেটেড বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার কমিউনিটি, গেস্ট ব্লগ সাইট, এবং ফোরাম সাইটগুলোতে আপনাকে স্কীল পার্সন হিসেবে নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। এটাও যদি না পারেন, তাহলে অন্যের কোম্পানীকে প্রোডাক্টকে সেরা হিসেবে কিভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠা করবেন? নিজের স্কীলকেই মার্কেটিং করুন। প্রাকটিস হবে, অনেক জায়গাতে কাজের জন্য হায়ার হয়ে যাবেন। উপরের ৫টার যেকোন একটা স্কীল অর্জনেই আজ থেকে প্রাকটিস শুরু করেন। এই পোস্ট পড়ার পর, আশা করি, কারও অজুহাত থাকবেনা যে, আমাকে কেউ কাজ না দিলে আমি কিভাবে অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করবো। আর মনে রাখবেন, মার্কেটিং মানে শুধু বিভিন্ন মিডিয়া এবং টুলস সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান না। আরও অনেক কিছু, যা প্রাকটিস করেই দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে হয়। জীবনে কিছু না করে সেই দক্ষতা অর্জন সম্ভব নয়। আর অদক্ষ লোককে কেউ চাকুরিতে নেওয়ার মত রিস্ক কখনই নিবেনা। আপনি নিজে হলেও নিবেননা।
